Meet the team blogs continued…

It’s a new month so here is a new ‘meet the team’ blog. Lucy joined us seven months ago.

Name: Lucy Bordewey

Job title: Business Coordinator

What is on your bucket list? I would love to live abroad one day.

What is your favourite office snack? Snickers

What has been your biggest achievement in your personal life? My three children. They make me so proud every single day.

What is your main hobby? Long walks with my dog – Rosie!

What do you love about working at Jesmonite? Seeing all the creations that can be made from Jesmonite materials. I love working with everyone at Jesmonite; they are all so lovely and have made me feel welcome since my first day.

What is your favourite quote? Is it gluten-free?

What is something you’re planning on doing in the next year that you’ve never done? I would love to buy a property.

Tell us something we don’t know about you? I used to play county darts for Montgomery and Radnor.

Have you made anything using Jesmonite? Yes, with my daughter. We have made coasters, pen holders, soap dishes, and lots more; we love being creative!

What has been your favourite holiday so far? I went to Lanzarote on a hen weekend, and we did a wine-tasting session and a camel ride to a volcano, danced, and sunbathed.

What is the best advice someone has given you? Don’t turn the TV or music down when your baby is asleep, otherwise, you will never be allowed to have visitors over unless your baby is awake.
