What is Jesmonite® AC100?

AC100 is a water-based eco-resin.

Easy to use: AC100 is very user-friendly, making it our most popular product in the Jesmonite® range, artists, designers, and hobbyists for casting and surface finishes.

Customisable: It can be coloured using pigments, and different things can be added to achieve different effects or textures.

Versatile: If you want a smooth finish or a highly detailed finish, Jesmonite® materials can achieve this.

Fast setting: It has a quick setting time.

Safe and eco-friendly: Being water-based, it is environmentally friendly compared to other traditional materials.

Durability: Once cured, it’s strong making creations long-lasting.

  • The AC100 range comes in packs of 3.5kg to 3,500kg.

Scalability & Fixing

Some of our products are suitable for larger scale architectural applications and detailed panelised formats, including external decorative features. Jesmonite® cladding panels can be affixed in fashions akin to conventional GRC or concrete systems.

The product can be cast solid or as a thin-shell laminate hollow centred piece, therefore reducing the weight whilst maximising material use and still achieving a high level of detail and impact resistance if glass reinforced using Jesmonite® Quadaxial Glass Mesh.
