Last month we introduced to our Sales Director Tim Sharman - or probably just told you a little more about him, as most people know Tim! And we’re continuing our ‘meet the team’ series this month. This time around the spotlight falls on someone you may not know so well. But you may well have spoken on the phone. Every member of the Jesmonite team is vital to making our business succeed and Mollie Grant is one of those. “She speaks to distributors all over the globe and is very organised with her workload, ensuring everyone has what they need” But did you know she can also pick up the microphone and belt out a brilliant song?

Name: Mollie Grant

Job title: Accounts Assistant

How long have you worked at Jesmonite: Nearly a year

What has been your biggest achievement in your personal life? That would probably be getting one of my songs played on the radio! It was very surreal.

What is the most exciting aspect of your work at Jesmonite? Talking to people from all over the world!

What has been your biggest challenge since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic? Not being able to see my nan, sister, nieces, and nephew!

What would you say to a child who might be fearing for their future right now following your career experience? Try not to worry, lots of people are in this situation, things will get better.

Where will be the first place you would like to visit post lockdown when we can travel again? Maybe Spain or Greece. As long as there is a beach and its hot weather!

What has been the best piece of advice anyone has ever given to you and who gave it to you? ‘Whether you think you can or think you can’t - you’re right!’ A quote from Henry Ford that shows your attitude is very important when it comes to success.

So next time you speak to Mollie on the phone you may have to try to resist the urge to find out just what that song played on the radio was - or even ask for a rendition!

We’ll turn our attention to another member of our team in May, so watch this space.
