Meet the Team – Dale

Meet the team blogs continued..

It’s a new month so here is a new ‘meet the team’ blog. We would love to introduce you to Dale! He joined us 3 years ago to work in the Jesmonite factory and after going from strength to strength, this year he was promoted to Factory Lead!

Name: Dale Griffiths

Job Title: Factory Lead

What is on your bucket list? To go to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and watch Real Madrid, to visit New Zealand, and to see bears in the wild. I could go on, there is a lot I would love to do and see!

What is your favourite office snack? My favourite snack has to be a Kit-Kat and a cup of tea!

What do you love about working at Jesmonite? The Team! We have a brilliant bunch of people who work at Jesmonite! I have also loved seeing the company go from strength to strength and knowing that I have contributed gives me a great sense of satisfaction and motivation.

What is your favourite quote? People who mind don’t matter, and people who matter don’t mind – so always be yourself.

What is something you’re planning on doing in the next year that you’ve never done? My driving test – It’s long overdue!

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work? I spend a lot of time with friends and family, but apart from that, I will be watching or playing sports, listening to music (hip-hop), or doing anything outdoors!

Tell us something we don’t know about you? I am a qualified chef.

What is the best advice someone has given you? If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

What is your guilty pleasure? Sweets!! My favourite sweeties are fizzy cola bottles or just anything fizzy!
